| Peach Jam |
This is the first year I've made jam from fresh picked Ontario peaches. I've always been somewhat reluctant about making peach jam, as it is one of my least favourites. In fact, I only buy it when called for in a recipe.
Not anymore! Homemade peach jam is AMAZING!
This is my favourite homemade jam of all that I made this year. (blueberry, cherry, strawberry, strawberry 2, strawberry & rhubarb) The flavour is so much better than that of store-boughten jam and the process of making this jam was almost effortless.
I can't wait to show you a couple of other things we did with peaches we bought. Did you see my recipe for the stove-top turkey roast I made? My biggest regret is not buying more peaches while out at the farms.
