2 Carrot sticks
2 Celery sticks
Tomatoes (can - diced)
- Saute Onions with green and red peppers.
- Add garlic once onions are translucent and the peppers are softened.
- Add carrots and celery.
- Add mushrooms.
- Add tomatoes (canned, sauce, frozen).
- Season with Salt & Pepper and stir.
- Add leftover meat sitting in your refrigerator (this recipe used the homemade hamburger leftovers from yesterday).
- Simmer until everything is cooked.
- Toss in a bowl with cooked pasta.
