Rosemary/Parmesan Wafers

Rosemary/Parmesan Wafers

2 cups Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 sticks Butter (3/4 cup)
Pinch of Salt
3 oz finely grated Parmesan
2 tbsp Rosemary
2 Egg yolks

1.  Mix the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt together.
2.  Cut in the butter until dough becomes crumbly.
3.  Chop up fresh rosemary.  (Dried rosemary is optional).
4.  Add rosemary, parmesan cheese, and egg yolks. Knead until it becomes a ball.
5.  Roll out on a clean and floured surface and cut out squares.
6.  Transfer squares to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
7.  Bake for 10 minutes at 350 F.  Allow to cool.
