Tomato, Greek Olive & Cream Cheese Canapé (Thomai G)

Tomato, Greek Olive & Cream Cheese Canapé 
We ran out of lox while making our Canapés for the birthday celebration and had a few crackers left over to dress.  I was in the midst of making a salad when Thomai came up with a great idea.

We sautéed diced onions, tomatoes and pitted Kalamata olives.  Seasoned them with Greek oregano, salt and pepper and then added some hot chillies to give it a bite.

From great ideas come amazing creations!  Even those who were present that claim to not like spicy foods indulged.
