Turkey Roast in Peach Sauce

Turkey Roast in Peach Sauce
During this extreme heat, I try my best to avoid using the oven.  I don't have a crockpot, (thanks to my daughter who took my new purchase a couple of years ago to use for heating her hot stones) and I'm not always in the mood to barbecue in  the outdoor heat.  So what do we do at Ellenbcookery?  We turn to our stove top.

We picked up a bunch of peaches from the farmer's market over the weekend and came up with this recipe resulting in an extremely moist and tender turkey breast roast.

This dish was so easy to make and was ready in no time.  I suggest serving this roast with fries or mashed potatoes.

INGREDIENTS:
Turkey Breast Roast
1 large Onion
4 Peaches (peeled and sliced)

NOTE:  Do not add water.
