Roasted Almonds




Snap, Snap, Snap!  That's the sound coming from the almonds I just baked.  

I bought a bag of Kirkland Almonds from Costco, but they're too bland for my taste buds.  They're also a little soft and in need of a crunch.  So now what do I do with these economically priced almonds? Well, I pour them onto a cookie sheet, bake them in a pre-heated oven and let them cool on the counter top and listen to them snap open.  As for the taste, INCREDIBLE!   I just love roasted almonds!
