| Grilled Lamb Chops |
With the nice weather we were having early last week came grilling season. I picked up some Opal Valley lamb chops and organic cauliflower from Loblaws and quickly seasoned the meat when I got home. I steamed the cauliflower, fired up the grill and in no time, we were sitting down to juicy and flavourful lamb chops accompanied by a cauliflower salad.
We also had an amazing appetizer with a glass of champagne that I will blog about later this week ~ A treat that was inspired by a blogger that I follow. Stay tuned to find out who that is.
