Baked Pasta Rolls


Ellenbcookery gives another 2-Thumbs Up to one more economical dish made with leftover ingredients from the Pastitsio recipe posted on Saturday.  

This pasta bake is such a great treat that I will make again using regular spaghetti.  The good thing about this recipe is that it will use up any leftover noodles, but can also be made with fresh noodles.  

A quick and easy pasta appetizer or snack to serve guests with cocktails.  Kids would love the smaller portion size and shape.
