| Calzone stuffed with Ground Beef & Gorgonzola |
A few years ago, my daughters and I were watching Giada and she was having a pizza party with some of her girlfriends. We thought it was so much fun that we decided to have a pizza party of our own to share with Dad (hubby).
We took the best from a couple of her recipes and created this calzone of our own. Hope you're able to enjoy this calzone as much as we did!
INGREDIENTS:
Pizza Dough
Ground Beef
Gorgonzola (Blue Cheese)
2 Onions
Olive Oil
S&P to taste - Add to beef and onions
Tarragon to taste - Add to beef and onions
