I've got some great news ... Laurie from Laurie's Cravings recently gave birth to a baby boy :D This is Laurie's first child, so she is taking this week off in order to spend some quality time and establish a routine with her newborn son Jared. It's for this reason that it gives me great pleasure to be guest posting on Laurie's blog today.
What you see illustrated here is a plain old barbecued veal steak and a bell pepper stuffed with vegetables full of flavour. If you're curious about the stuffed pepper recipe, you will find it here at Laurie's Cravings and while you're there, take a moment to read a few of her posts. I'm sure anyone that isn't familiar with Laurie will be pleased with her blog. Laurie is a Holistic Health Coach and is full of healthy recipes that are a far cry from boring.
This post is part one of two. The stuffed pepper recipe requires using the tips from the asparagus. If you want to know what we did with the rest of the stems, please follow us again and we'll show you tomorrow.
