| Spinach Salad
Here's an old recipe I received from a friend named Carla while living in British Columbia back in the 90s. This brings back memories of barbecues with some very kind people, which also brings back memories of some great wine and the wineries where that wine came from.
Kelowna was a beautiful town and I truly enjoyed the years we lived there. The wine tours, days boating on the Okanogan Lake and days spent at the beach making sand castles with my children are all wonderful memories.
