Over the course of a few years, I had started an electronic cookbook with detailed instructional photos of family recipes I learned from my mother and mother-in-law. Something that I could gift to my daughters and a few other family members once complete.
Unfortunately, my computer was stolen on an airline flight from Mexico City to Toronto. Police reports were filed, however, the computer was never to be found. I felt so violated! I realize the computer was probably reformatted, but this cookbook was no longer just mine. Someone out there may have a copy, so I've decided to share my recipes publicly via Ellenbcookery.
