Lamb Chops

Lamb Chops

I was grocery shopping at Loblaws and picked up a pack of Opal Valley lamb loin chops for $16.85.  I seasoned them with Krinos' Pure Greek Oregano, salt and pepper.  Then I drizzled Greek olive oil overtop and put them into the refrigerator overnight as they marinated.

I was hoping to barbecue these lamb chops, but unfortunately, the weather was not on my side.  I ended up having to fry them.  Nevertheless, they were still very tasty!  I served them over a bed of whole wheat couscous with steamed Brussel sprouts and Tzatziki sauce on the side.
