Green Beans with Sautéed Peppers & Mushrooms |
Sometimes it's the most simplest of recipes that get a lot of attention when we entertain. This is a quick and easy side dish that compliments just about any meat type.
Personally, I like having these beans as a meal on their own, especially on those days when my husband is away and I'm not in the mood for a hearty meal.
Whatever your choice, you can't go wrong.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Onion
Package of Mushrooms
Steamed green beans
Salt & Pepper to taste
This looks like this would be great Thanksgiving side dish.
