Baked Portobello Mushroom with Spinach Sauce & Cheese |
Remember yesterday's post on Spinach Cream Sauce? Do you remember me mentioning that I would show you some things I did with that sauce aside from spooning it over a bed of rice or mashed potatoes? Well, here's what I did with a portobello mushroom.
I love portobello mushrooms and love experimenting with different ways of cooking them, wether that be stove top, oven or barbecue, but that's for future posts.
What a feast. These look positively wonderful and I would really like to try them. Have a wonderful day. Blessings...Mary

ReplyDeleteMy mom and I also love portobello mushrooms so much. Aside from the fact that they are extremely delicious, they are also very rich in fiber, low in fat, and they boost our immune system, which is a huge advantage in maintaining our good health, and a strong mind. Hmm. I think I’ll encourage my mom to experiment with these mushrooms too. One of these days, maybe.
