Nachos with Cheesy Spinach Cream Sauce |
Remember my Spinach Cream Sauce from here. Well, here's what happens when you add Gruyere to it.
This cheesy sauce makes for a fantastic dip. Eat it with pita chips or nachos as illustrated.
Carve out the centre of a pumpernickel bread and dip with the remaining pieces of bread and/or fresh vegetables.
Spread this onto pita bread and bake for a few minutes to give the pita a nice crunch. The possibilities are endless.
This is such a great snack. The dip sounds delicious and your photo makes it very tempting. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary
