Chocolate Chip Banana Bread, Eggless

Ellenbcookery gives a Two-Thumbs-Up to this amazing recipe inspired by Few Minute Wonders.

My daughter was browsing through some of my networked blogs and found this eggless banana bread recipe.  She made some minor changes to customize the recipe to her own tastebuds and eureka, she created something moist and delicious and most importantly for her, eggless!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Sugar
5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 mushed Bananas
1/4 cup Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Vinegar
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

METHOD:
1.  Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2.  Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl.
3.  Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
4.  Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
