If you like a burger, you'll love this meatloaf! The ground veal I stumbled across in my freezer while making Sunday's Dinner was so juicy and tender. Perhaps thanks to the onions and garlic which were finely chopped using my new KitchenAid mini chopper.
A neat little secret my Aunt Aphrodite from Fort Wayne, Indiana taught my mom was to baste the meatloaf with ketchup. It caramelizes as it bakes and locks in the juices. After all, who doesn't like ketchup on their burger!
